Powinieneś naprawdę zastanowić się nad zabezpieczeniem publikowanych danych i tylko ogólną czystością kodu. Lepiej jest używać funkcji dostarczanych przez mysql bezpośrednio, zamiast owijać je funkcjami, które są użyteczne tylko w jednej sytuacji.
I:dlaczego na świecie za każdym razem budujesz całą tabelę informacji o pracownikach, a przynajmniej sprawdzasz, czy istnieje? Powinno to być coś, co zrobisz raz io czym zapomnisz. Następnie usuń ten kod, ponieważ jest mylący.
Powinieneś pomyśleć o tym, jak to wszystko powinno logicznie działać, zanim się zanurzysz. To w zasadzie system zarządzania pracownikami? Wygląda na to, że chcesz mieć możliwość:dodawania nowych pracowników, wyszukiwania pracowników, edytowania pracowników i usuwania pracowników. Oto podstawowa implementacja, w której brakuje funkcji dodawania pracownika. Nie testowałem tego, ale mam nadzieję, że wskaże ci to we właściwym kierunku:

Znowu jest to nadal podstawowe i tego rodzaju rzeczy powinny być zaimplementowane w klasie php. To używa PDO, więc jeśli twoje dane bazy danych kiedykolwiek ulegną zmianie, wystarczy zmienić dbfactory.php i gotowe.
Gdybym mógł cofnąć się i zmienić jedną rzecz dotyczącą rozpoczęcia nauki PHP, byłoby to nauczenie się PDO zamiast przestarzałych funkcji zapytań mysql, których używasz.
Nie jest to w żadnym wypadku doskonała implementacja, jak powiedziałem, wszystko powinno być sklasyfikowane, a logika oddzielona od prezentacji; ale to dopiero początek!
