Dlaczego usługa nasłuchiwania i bazy danych Oracle nie działa?

To rozwiązanie błędu jest bardzo proste, najpierw zrozummy, dlaczego występuje ten błąd. Zasadniczo ma to dwa powody, którymi są:

1) Twoja baza danych i nazwa usługi nie są poprawnie ustawione w środowisku Oracle, powinny być wszędzie takie same, sprawdź poniżej wartości parametrów

-ORACLE_SID in oracle environment.
-SID_NAME in tnsnames.ora file.
-SERVICE_NAME in listener.ora file.

2) Brak nazwy hosta/adresu IP, niepoprawny lub błąd w pisowni, więc sprawdź poniższe.

-Check the IP ADDRESS in /etc/hosts file.
-It should be same in listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file
-And it should be able to ping from the local and remote server.

Uwaga: Teraz znalazłem problem w konfiguracji adresu IP, nie pinguje, więc dokonałem kilku zmian w sterowniku eth1 mojego systemu operacyjnego na maszynie VMware.
